1) The starting torque should be large. The working characteristics of the extruder determine that the motor can be started under heavy load, the low-frequency output torque of the frequency converter is better, and it has a higher overload capacity.
2) The speed regulation performance is better. The speed of the extruder should be dynamically adjusted according to the debinding speed, mixing time and other factors. This requires high speed stabilization accuracy, convenient frequency conversion speed regulation, and large speed regulation range, which can meet the speed regulation requirements under various working conditions.
3) The characteristic curve should be hard. It is necessary to ensure that the speed of the extruder is basically unaffected when the load changes (such as more impurities in the rubber compound and serious aging), and avoid excessive speed drops at different load sizes, resulting in film quality problems such as uneven plasticity and irregular discharge. , Affect customer production efficiency.
4) Easy to change working mode. It is necessary to be able to easily switch between automatic, semi-automatic, manual and other working modes, with convenient operation and flexible control, so that normal production will not be affected by the conversion of working modes.
